What if we're waiting for the perfect time?
There rarely is a perfect time. Whether you're expecting a baby, navigating the chaos of family life, celebrating your relationship, or marking a special milestone, these moments deserve to be remembered exactly as they are. ❤️
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking 1-3 months in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons. However, feel free to reach out anytime you would like to plan a shoot with me (e.g. for special occasions and important dates) as well as for checking in for last-minute availability.
How do I confirm my booking?
A retainer fee (50% price of the selected package price) is required to reserve your session date on my calendar. Once the payment is completed, your spot is booked with me and we are all set for your dream photoshoot!
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes. You may reschedule your session once free of charge if you notify me at least 7 days before your scheduled date. The new session date must take place within 3 months of the original booking and is subject to availability.
What if someone is sick or the weather is unsuitable?
Life happens, especially with young children. In the event of illness, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, we'll work together to find a new date that suits us both. My priority is making sure you have the best possible experience and photographs.
What if our plans change and we can no longer make the session?
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your booking, please let me know as soon as possible. Your retainer fee is non-refundable, as it secures your date in my calendar and booking a session reserves dedicated time in my calendar that I hold exclusively for your family.
