Congratulations! This collection is designed for couples who value high-quality photography for their most intimate milestones. I’ll be there to capture the elegance and the raw emotion of your ceremony. I focus on storytelling, ensuring that every detail, from the exchange of rings to the first kiss as a married couple is preserved exactly as it felt.
Why choose a Civil Ceremony session?
Most Dutch civil ceremonies are short, but the emotions are just as big as a traditional wedding. By focusing on a 2-hour window, I capture the "heart" of the day- your nervous smiles, the legal signatures, and that first walk out of the city hall as a married couple - leaving you free to enjoy your lunch or reception without a camera following you all day.
What to Expect: Coverage typically lasts 2.5 hours, covering your arrival, the ceremony, and a couple session in the surrounding area before or after the ceremony. I work with the natural light and the unique character of your chosen venue.
When to Book: I recommend reaching as soon as your your date and venue is fixed to secure your date on my calendar.
The Best Timing: We will have a video call a few weeks prior to your ceremony date to discuss the itinerary and will coordinate with your scheduled ceremony time at the city hall. If possible, we will plan your couple shoot immediately following the ceremony to take advantage of that "just-married" glow.
Pricing: €589 incl. 21% VAT (Includes 50 high-resolution edited images). You will receive 5–10 highlights within 2-3 days so you can share the news with the world!
Good to know before you book:
- *Extra photos can be purchased additionally for €12.50 for individual photo, and €179 for the full gallery.
- No raw/unedited photos are shared/sold as part of my photography experience as they are unfinished product and it doesn't represent my final quality of work as well as to protect my business standards! 🩶 So I handle all the editing so you get a seamless, beautifully finished set of photos you'll love! .
- Travel is included for sessions within a 10 km radius of 3544 KC, Utrecht.
- For locations further than 10 km away, a travel fee of €0.45/km (including 21% VAT) applies. This is calculated based on the total distance travelled to and from the shoot location
- If you'd like to extend your session with some extra time, you’re very welcome to do so at a rate of €30 per additional 30 minutes. If your session naturally runs a little longer than planned, the same rate of €30 per additional 30 minutes applies.

How far in advance should we book our civil ceremony?
Civil ceremony dates can fill quickly, especially during spring and summer, so I recommend booking as soon as your date is confirmed.
What happens if our ceremony runs late?
I build some flexibility into my coverage whenever possible. If significant additional coverage is needed, it may be subject to an extra fee as outlined in our contract.
Can family and group photos be included?
Absolutely. We'll discuss your priorities beforehand to make sure we capture the people and moments that matter most.
